Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
- Free from damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear
For items with a quality issue, please contact us with photos and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for approved returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please do not send returns to our address without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
